Q: What should I do if I lost my data?

A: Data loss is typically caused by the following reasons:
1. iCloud sync not enabled before uninstalling: Uninstalling the app will clear local data. If iCloud sync was not enabled, data cannot be recovered
2. Switching or signing out of Apple ID: If you don't choose "Keep Data" when signing out of iCloud, synced data may be cleared
3. iCloud sync conflicts: Simultaneous data modifications on multiple devices may cause sync conflicts, and some data may be overwritten
4. Insufficient iCloud storage: When iCloud storage is full, new data cannot be synced to the cloud

Prevention measures:

β€’ Regularly check if iCloud storage space is sufficient
β€’ Confirm data has been synced to cloud before uninstalling the app (check in iCloud settings)
